Frequently asked Questions

Dietary Information: due to the family style nature of our meals, we can only guarantee accommodation for vegetarian requests. At the time of purchase there is an opportunity to share this information if it applies to your party. If you have a food allergy please note it in your reservation and on the day of the event tell your server. However, the rustic nature of an outdoor event makes cross contamination more challenging.

Accessibility: Bluetree Farm and Forest has a paved parking area and path to the patio. Other areas may have uneven terrain and may not be suitable. Note we are a working farm and there is an implied Assumption of Risk of Damage and Injury at our events. If you have specific questions reach out to me at stephanie@bluetreebainbridge.com

Can I bring my own alcohol? No, outside alcohol is not permitted. A spritz will be offered at the reception and wine with dinner, non-alcoholic beverages are available upon request.

Transportation: Guests are responsible for their own transportation to and from the event. Please consider and plan accordingly to ensure safe travel.

Assigned Seating and Singles: In general we invite you to meet new friends and many times people come alone for the adventure. However if you have a larger group and would like to be seated together please let me know in advance by emailing stephanie@bluetreebainbridge.com

How should I dress: Comfort and safety are the priority but we love to see guests in their farm best attire. Shoes should be appropriate for walking uneven terrain on chipped paths. Bring a jacket, just in case.

Children and Pets: We love them both but our events are 21+ as there will be alcohol served. Service animals for medical conditions are the exception.

Event Details and Updates: Both dinners are Rain or Shine, it is all part of the experience. The Barn Patio provides shelter for everyone to dine and we may use a tent for more space. Either way, wear weather appropriate attire as parts of the event will be outside.

Expect an email about 2 weeks before the event with specific directions and make sure to check your spam folder if you have not received anything.
